Flag Hill Distillery – Josiah Bartlet Apple Brandy

White oak barrel aged NH apples make a beautifully layered nose & taste including pear, butterscoth, molasses and toasted grains, finishing with the taste of ripe apple peels.  We use the solera method, the youngest of the barrels being 4 years with some of the oldest barrels being between 7 and 8 years old.
