Bring on the Spring!  When the sun gets brighter, the days get longer, and the snow and ice melt away, this light and zesty brew is just what we want. Simple and to the point with a minimalist grain bill and a Belgian yeast strain, Ice Out is the perfect beer to wake us from the winter slumber. Ice Out is fermented at warm temperatures which allow the yeast to take center stage, showing off fruity esters with peppery and spicy nuances.

Ice-Out is a New Hampshire tradition that occurs when the ice that has covered Lake Winnipesaukee all winter long melts enough to allow the M/S Washington cruise ship to navigate to all her ports around the lake. Ice-Out is greatly anticipated by residents and visitors as it signals the traditional start to the spring season.
